1. General Acceptance of Terms

By accessing spiderrp.com or downloading any application or game (the "Services") published by Spider Records & Productions Inc. ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our Services encompass family utilities (like Bear's Den PTT) and various mobile entertainment applications.

2. Bear's Den PTT: Intended Use & Limitations

Bear's Den PTT is designed exclusively as a family management tool. It is absolutely not intended to be used as a lifeline, emergency communication system, or a replacement for professional emergency services (such as 911).

Because features rely entirely on third-party cellular networks, local Wi-Fi, and strict operating system constraints, alerts and messages can occasionally fail. By using this service, you explicitly acknowledge that Spider Records & Productions Inc. assumes zero liability for missed communications or network outages.

Subscriptions: Access to premium features is managed via a single "Umbrella Subscription" applied to your Den. If the subscription lapses, access for all connected profiles will be restricted to free-tier features.

3. Mobile Games & In-App Purchases

For our mobile gaming titles, we may offer virtual items, digital currency, or premium features ("In-App Purchases") through third-party platforms like the Google Play Store.

  • Final Sales: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the platform's independent refund policy.
  • Advertisements: Certain games are provided free of charge and are supported by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob). You agree that we may display these ads within the game interface.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services appropriately. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our infrastructure, bypass in-app purchase systems, distribute malicious code, or harass users within our platforms will result in an immediate, permanent ban.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
