Spider Records & Productions Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") operates a diverse portfolio of applications, including the Bear's Den PTT family management tool and various mobile games. Because these applications serve different purposes, we handle data differently depending on the service you are using.

1. Bear's Den PTT (Family Utility)

We built this platform because we believe families deserve a completely private, ad-free environment. For Bear's Den, we adhere to a strict minimum-data model:

  • Absolute Zero Location Tracking: The App does not request, access, or store GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular location data.
  • Live Audio: Voice transmissions are routed in real-time. We never record, capture, or store audio.
  • No Advertisements: We do not inject ads into Bear's Den, nor do we sell your family's behavioral data.
  • Child Privacy (COPPA): When a child profile is staged, the App enters a hard-locked state until the registered Master Administrator (Parent) explicitly consents to network access.

2. Mobile Games & Entertainment

Our mobile games are designed for general audiences and operate differently than our secure family network. To support the ongoing development of these free-to-play titles, we utilize industry-standard third-party services:

  • No Personal Accounts: Our games do not require you to create an account, provide an email, or submit a password.
  • Advertising (AdMob): Our games integrate Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob automatically collects anonymized Device Identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) and App Interaction data to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud.
  • In-App Purchases (RevenueCat): We process optional subscriptions and purchases via RevenueCat. RevenueCat collects anonymous App User IDs and Purchase History to unlock your content securely without requiring a personal login profile.

3. Your Data Rights & Deletion

Regardless of which application you use, you have the right to request data deletion. Since our games do not use traditional accounts, you may opt-out of ad tracking via your device's system settings or simply uninstall the application. For Bear's Den, parents maintain full control to delete child profiles, and if the final parent deletes their account, the entire family network is irreversibly destroyed.
